    How the food we eat can improve mood, mental health, memory and cognitive performance?

    This talk explains why certain foods lower brain function while other foods boost brain activity, IQ and memory. The foods that have been shown to be the best for achieving optimal brain function will be examined in detail.

    Your Health Your Choice have been ongoing talks since Feburary, and will continue until October. Mark has covered many different topis surrounding our health and the foods we eat. We invite you to join us, and any friends who may be interested, for our second last talk of the year.
